Name Lists

Your name list must be submitted upon proof approval. A Google Sheet template will be provided, and the name list must be returned in that layout, in either Google Sheet or Excel format.

For envelopes and name cards, all text will be written EXACTLY as it appears on the provided list. We will not make etiquette or spelling corrections. Your addresses will be printed exactly as you submit them, so please spell out or abbreviate, as desired. 

If any data edits are required, such as; column shifts, combining columns, switching from abbreviations to spelled out versions, a fee of $50 will occur. If you need to add to your list, please contact us ASAP. Depending on the date, an additional fee may apply.
